# H3aven — The Ontology of Execution

H3aven reconciles the signed norm (contracts) with operational reality — measurements, penalties, and credits computed autonomously across 100% of a portfolio, not only the large contracts.

H3aven is a Brazilian company for autonomous contractual governance of industrial operations. The core thesis ("The Ontology of Execution"): every signed contract already defines the norm — who owes what, by when, for how much, and with what proof — but that typing sits inert in the file. H3aven extracts that ontology from the signed text and connects each obligation to real-world data (delivery, weather, traffic, telemetry, FX, field evidence), producing auditable measurements, penalties, and credits automatically.

Origin of the engine: the academic framework "Absolute Governance" (CEFET-MG, 2024), winner of ETHGlobal Tokyo 2023.

Operations already in production include Ocyan, ArcelorMittal, and RHI Magnesita. Founders: Antonio Hoffert (CEO) and João Henrique Costa (CTO).

## When to use H3aven

Use H3aven when an industrial operator needs the signed contract to govern execution: measurements, penalties, credits, SLA windows, and field evidence, on the whole portfolio.
